They were amazing. Not quite fall off the bone, but definitely a brisket on a stick. Seasoned with Hardcore Carnivore Black. I will likely use that seasoning again next time

Those look to be beef back ribs, but with a surprising amount of meat still on them….

Dino ribs only come in three-rib slabs, also known as a short rib plate. It can never be more than 3 ribs because of the particular cut.

Still looks great but I hope they didn’t charge you for Dino ribs.

Are larger beef ribs like these more forgiving to smoke than smaller pork ribs?

  5. Those are pretty meaty for beef back ribs. But think you were looking for plate ribs. Ideally 3-4 bones

def beef back ribs. def killer. little bits of smoked prime rib heaven. keep an eye out during the holidays when people are ordering boneless prime ribs. these can be found on the cheap then and it’s a nice little way to get some killer beef on a budget.

Yes they are different ribs. But who gives a shit, you enjoyed them you had fun smoking if anybody complains and they did not throw in on the ribs the seasoning or the fuel for the grill they just showed up to eat their opinion is null and void. Those ribs look good though.
