I don't really measure anything, but I rubbed the chicken thighs with chili crisp, sesame oil, avocado oil, garlic powder, gochugaru, soy sauce, sesame seeds, splash of rice vinegar and air fry on high at 400 for 14 mins.

The kimchi ties it all in. It's pretty sour bc it's been in the fridge a while.

I was too lazy to make proper banchan so it's arugula, spinach, cherry tomato and a smidge of red onion drizzled w sesame oil and rice vinegar.

I forgot to add the green onions before I took the picture, but they taste really good 🙂

    I can’t edit this post bc of the photo but if I have to measure I would say a healthy pinch of gochugaru and just sprinkles and splashes of the rest “to taste”. I free pour the oil but probably a couple tablespoons total for 4 thighs
