Don’t have a sushi mat so I rolled it rawdog with parchment paper…12 hour old bigeye tuna thought it looked pretty good!

I miss bigeye back home. My consolation here on the Gulf of Mexico is fresh yellowfin so I can’t complain! We always make a sashimi platter while still offshore when we get a smaller one.
