Turned out pretty good for a first go, still think I’m partial to some wrap for tenderness. Flavor was definitely there though! Sauced with Meat Mitch Whomp sauce

Try slaps sauce and rub next time. I like it better than meat Mitch products. Plus Mitch is kind of a d bag. Dude likes his drinks.

Just wrap with some sauce for like the last 30-40 minutes, creates a nice glaze that’s not too thick

I am a convert to the meat church party ribs recipe. If you want something fall off the bone with flavor I’m and smoke I can’t recommend it enough.
