SO, OKAY, I KNOW A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE BEEN REALLY EXCITED ABOUT YOU GUYS COMING TO TOWN. MORE THAN JUST BAGELS, THOUGH. OF COURSE, WE GOT TO TALK ABOUT SOME OF THE PASTRIES BECAUSE THESE LOOK DELICIOUS. ROBERT, TELL US WHAT KIND OF PASTRIES WE’VE GOT HERE. WE’VE GOT A LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING. BLUEBERRY MUFFINS, BANANA BREAD THAT WE’VE BEEN MAKING FOR A LONG TIME. WE’VE GOT SOME CORN COOKIES, CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES, REESE’S. OBVIOUSLY, WE’VE GOT SOME BROWNIE SWIRLS, LEMON BARS, BISCOTTI THAT WE MAKE A LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING HERE, AND OF COURSE SOME FRESH FRUIT IF YOU WANT TO GET IN ON THAT. ALL OF THIS MADE IN HOUSE AND YOU TRY TO USE ESPECIALLY SPECIFICALLY WITH THE PASTRIES, AS MUCH LOCAL INGREDIENTS AS YOU CAN AND FRESH INGREDIENTS, WHY IS THAT SO IMPORTANT FOR YOU GUYS? WE JUST FEEL LIKE THE LOCAL ECONOMY IS REALLY IMPORTANT. SO SOME OF OUR BRAND WHEAT BRAN AND WHEAT GERM THAT WE DON’T USE, BACON FAT THAT WE DON’T USE FROM, FROM WHAT WE THINK WE MAKE THEM ALL OUT OF PEANUT BUTTER AND ALL THOSE INGREDIENTS. OH, I MEAN, THOSE ARE ALL DOGS. DREAM, RIGHT? PEANUT BUTTER AND BACON. WELL, I CAN’T WAIT FOR THIS. OH, WE’RE ALMOST DONE. IT’S ALMOST FULL, SO WE’RE GONNA HAVE TO DO A LITTLE TASTE TEST ONCE THAT.
