As someone who lives in the States and not even a great area for sushi, I’m so jealous of that. You mostly can only find the horseradish stuff here, so I don’t get to enjoy wasabi quite the same. That looks amazing. What all is there besides wasabi?

Fresh wasabi is great! Nothing like the “wasabi” pastes (which are usually mustard or horseradish).
