This is one of the dishes that my mother-in-law made us and I only realized how much work goes into it until I did it. You need to use a special tool to remove the middle part of the small coette with patience. And sometimes you might accidentally poke it through. But don’t worry, you can still use it. Once you mix the fillings of tomato, rice, beef, spices, tomato puree, then you just need to stuff the coette again with patience. This isn’t something you cook quickly during a busy weekday. This is a dish that you just can’t rush it. You really need to love that special someone to spend hours making it. Add tomato sauce, water, and salt. Let it simmer for 25 minutes.
