Ingredients you’ll need:
2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Large Egg
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
pre-heat oven to 400 Degrees F
Fluff flour in container, than measure out all dry ingredients into a large bowl, mix well
In a liquid measuring cup. First add oil to 1/3 cup, then add one egg. mix together, last measure out one cup of milk. Pour liquid ingredients to dry mixture and mix until batter is combined – do not over mix. then fold in blueberries into mixture.
Grease muffin pan or line with paper liners. to make 12 muffins, fill pan or liners 3/4 way with mix. To make bigger muffins fill pan or liner to top. Place pan on middle rack and cook for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. When done let muffins cool for 5 minutes.
