I’m recently vegan and need to get my head around sauces. But maybe one of you can answer: can unused parts of sauces be frozen? And does thawing ruin their consistency? Thanks.

How well do you think it would work using a small bullet blender to blend everything individually and then whisk it all together in a bowl? I don’t have a normal blender but would love to try this recipe.
