I was thinking it was boiled or microwaved, ordered medium rare some parts were and some were medium well ish, absolutely disgusting and could not eat it.

Probably came vacuum sealed. Cook threw it in a pot of boiling water to “sous vide” it, or tossed it in the microwave. Threw on some sauce and called it a good job.

I dunno…I would have sent that entire plate back, no matter how hungry I was. Between that abomination of a steak and the fries drowning in the plate, not much there looks good.
