[Music] Hello guys and welcome to Maj’s Cooking Diary. Today I’m going to share what I had for lunch. First, I chopped up some corette and bell pepper. Popped them on a baking sheet with some salmon and seasoned everything with salt, pepper, paprika, onion, and garlic granules and added some olive oil on top. Then it went into the oven for about half an hour. While that was roasting, I fried up some mushrooms and stirred in a splash of cream and at the same time boiled a little bit of veggie stock for couscous. And after everything was cooked, I put it on a plate. In the end, I had a colorful balanced bowl, fluffy couscous, tender salmon, roasted veggies, fresh baby leaves, and creamy mushrooms. And everything I topped up with a sprinkle of seeds. It was so tasty, you guys. And the best part is it only took me 30 minutes to make. So that’s just great.
