Four ingredient hummus. Mhm. Yum. Hummus is made of chickpeas, tahini. I actually didn’t know what that was until the other day. Then oil and lemon juice. We for sure are not eating it plain, though. I turned mine into a garlic pesto version by adding some seasonings and of course pesto. Hummus is so easy to customize and is so unbelievably good. As someone who goes through containers and containers of hummus each week, because I do love roasted cauliflower, this will help you save so much money and it also stay good for an entire week.
