Let’s bake buffalo cauliflower wings for the first time. First, we make the batter. Half a cup of flour, 1/4 cup of corn starch, a teaspoon of garlic powder, onion powder, half a teaspoon of salt, and half a teaspoon of smoked paprika, and slowly add 2/3 cups of water and whisk until smooth. You can use a cauliflower head, but I’m lazy, so I have this precut one and cut them up into like bite-sized pieces. Then mix that up. You’re supposed to use parchment paper, but I only have foil, so we’re just going to really oil that up. Okay. And arrange your cauliflower on the baking sheet. And we’re going to air fry the cauliflower at 400 for about 15 minutes and we’ll check on it and we’re going to flip it halfway through. Then while that’s cooking, I’m doing celery and carrots on the side. I know it’s all veggies, but I’m just doing some carrots. And these are already chopped cuz I’m lazy. So, and let that cool for 2 to 3 minutes. Then toss the cauliflower with some buffalo sauce. I do 2/3 cups of buffalo sauce. I get scared to measure with my heart. Toss. That looks good. And air fry for another 7 minutes. Then it should look like this. And I’m also going to air fry some waffle fries. Dinner is served.
