
For all my indian folks out there, I present to you Almond Flour Dosa!
- One cup of almond flour
- Salt and Baking soda
- One egg
- Cumin seeds
- Chopped cilantro and onion
- Chopped chilli
- Pinch of turmeric powder (optional)
- One – two spoon of coconut milk (optional)
- Water
- Mixer batter with water into a pouring consistency and add the spice and chopped stuff.
- heat the pan, spray some oil or add butter, add the mixture.
- cook with closed lid, and flip them on either side for a firm texture.
-Eat with some chicken gravy or any other preference.
