For all my indian folks out there, I present to you Almond Flour Dosa!

  1. One cup of almond flour
  2. Salt and Baking soda
  3. One egg
  4. Cumin seeds
  5. Chopped cilantro and onion
  6. Chopped chilli
  7. Pinch of turmeric powder (optional)
  8. One – two spoon of coconut milk (optional)
  9. Water
  • Mixer batter with water into a pouring consistency and add the spice and chopped stuff.
  • heat the pan, spray some oil or add butter, add the mixture.
  • cook with closed lid, and flip them on either side for a firm texture.
    -Eat with some chicken gravy or any other preference.
