PARMA, Ohio – Corleone’s Ristorante & Bar is having a party to mark its 30th anniversary.

The party is 2 to 10 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 24.

Sumrada and DJ Troy Entertainment will provide music. Drinks, food and raffle prizes will be included. Cash bar will be available; there is no admission fee.

Pete and Liza Bosinger own the restaurant, which is tucked in a small strip mall in Parma. It offers traditional Italian favorites, and several of the dishes are named after folks – many of whom are regulars. Former Cleveland Cavaliers coach Mike Fratello’s namesake dish is milk-fed veal, breaded, layered with prosciutto, eggplant and provolone in marinara.

“We’re blessed here,” Pete said in an interview for a story we did on the restaurant’s anniversary this year. “It’s such a close-knit community for (Ohio’s) seventh largest city.”

Corleone’s is at 5669 Broadview Road, Parma. Reserve a spot for the party at 216-741-0220.
