Wouldn’t want to work at a place that caters to/coddles fascists.

I’ve thought about this, and if someone that notably awful came in to a place I worked I would refuse to serve them, mostly as a moral stance but also because apparently the secret service watches the food being made and I’m not comfortable being stared at like a zoo animal by a bunch of grumpy men with guns

Dead. My former boss would NEVVVVA allow it lol. Alternatively, he’d have to close down for days if his elite staff was punished for days.
Wait he actually looks like that? I thought they photoshopped his face more than they did

If that self-righteous twat of a potato-man hybrid came to my store, I think my manager would be in prison very quickly. I’m trying to word that in the kindest way possible lol I’d like to avoid banishment. None of the regular crew would have to do a thing!

Proud to see it but I get depressed about what I imagine might happen if a bar staff in say, Indiana did the same thing. Things are getting weird here and they’re arming the mob.

I own a bar a few blocks from his house, and the staff know that if he ever came in (which I doubt because we’re pretty openly gay) to let me know so I can tell him to go fuck himself to his face.

I mean it’s not just the one thing either. Yes, he’s a fascist, but he also doesn’t know how to order at a restaurant. Lest we forget his donut order of “Whatever makes sense.”

Good. People need to show them and their supporters that they are not welcome in civilized society.

So, cool story, a kitchen I used to work in, in a very liberal hippy town, had a policy. The policy started the first time Taco came to town. We were told BY THE OWNER to deny him entry and service if at any point he came.
Now, this wasn’t some small hole in the wall. It was one of the top rated, busiest restaurants in the city.

The UK actually has some degree of labour rights, so they may not have been risking their jobs that much.

I have walked off a job for less. And I wasn’t even in food service/security then.

Aww geez I’d hate to lose my awesome kitchen job with low pay and no benefits over refusing to cater to nazi scumbags. Just kidding I’d walk and have a new job within the week.

Do you guys know about the original time we did this during world war 2? Caused an actual firefight on British soil between American and British forces

I wonder why Vance wanted to go to that specific pub? [We’ll never know.](https://www.oxfordmail.co.uk/news/25344665.former-us-vice-president-visits-cotswolds-country-pub/)

You told us we had to segregate our pubs so we made them all “coloured” pubs and it did not go down well at all.
