Saw a video on instagram and made it my own: crushed up four caramel rice cakes and threw it in a bowl with half a Fairlife vanilla shake and omgggg it is fire! Very filling too 300 calories- so good I ate it for breakfast two days in a row. Here’s the original video and my bowl this AM. This is a very big bowl btw!!
