This soup completely surprised me, so much flavor with so few ingredients! I roasted the broccoli and a whole head of garlic in the oven, blended them with white beans, onions, and a touch of thyme for a truly creamy soup, and the lemon oil on top makes it simply irresistible.

If you’re looking for a simple, healthy, and truly flavorful soup, you’ll love this recipe. Perfect for cold days, detox weeks, or simply when you want to do something good for your body.

  2. En esa cocina debe haber pelos por todos lados… Resulta poco higiénico ese pelo sin recoger mientras se preparan alimentos.

  3. Is there a reason you kept some of the roasted garlic to the side? I thought maybe for garnish, but it wasn’t used. Too much garlic?
