at a food court in a hospital so they have the calories on the menu. however, i don’t think the calories include the rice + soup because it just seems too low.
i ordered the hot plate beef and it came with a bowl of rice. nutritional info on the menu says 460 but it seems low even if the rice isn’t included. i logged it as 520 because there was oil used in cooking + 150 for the rice cause i only ate half
