Delicious so I thought I'd share as I feel like it helps me! This was leftover chicken curry that I made the other day, with sultana rice, cucumber and tomatoes, pitta bread, some olive oil and a kiwi.
I know the white rice is bad, and it had a tiny bit of butter in it, BUT I changed the butter in the curry recipe for olive oil, and I bought wholemeal pitta breads this week instead of white. I also know I double carbed, but I've lost a couple of pounds which I do not want and I'm hungry!
