Purchased yesterday. The sell by date is tomorrow.

I don’t cook meat often so I’m not sure. Saw some posts saying it can brown due to oxidation, but mine looks a bit different from the pics.

Is this safe or risky?

    Perfectly ok, its just oxidation & likely where 2 pieces of meat touched/were laying on each other.
