    One of my favourites. Also try to use good quality tinned / in glass ancovies, melt them in butter and then finish cooking the pasta there and later add lime zest and toasted bread crumbs. Very similar to this, also amazing in its simplicity

    Interesting, I like the sound of that! Love using colatura, never thought to combine it with hazelnuts. Looks delicious 😋
