Pre sliced and diced has gotten really expensive.. if you want to save and also have freezer space, you can always purchase uncut meat and butcher it yourself. It can potentially bring the price down to half or more if you’re getting large cuts from Costco. It does take time, effort, and it will be anew skill. You’ll also have to learn to cook various types of cuts and how to reuse the fat, trim, etc.

We love when our Kroger has the bone-in ribeyes in the “family pack” that are about 70% off regular price. They just stick two steaks in one package LOL

That’s how I buy my steaks ..I can afford the higher prices but my brain 🧠 hates it…Usually these steaks are gone after 8:00 AM at Kroger
