For tonight’s dinner, I made bulgogi and two banchan (soy bean and spicy cucumber).

    Beautiful! I hope you enjoy your dinner! When I make the cucumber, I do a partial peel like what you did when it’s the kind of cucumber that’s coated in food grade wax. If it’s an English hot house cucumber, I keep the skin on. I imagine it’s probably healthier with the skin. Please share your recipes? 🥹
