welcome back to we nut bites tonight we’re making a Sri Lankan beef Curry M some gravy beef it’s very cheap I’m going to dice these into small bite-sized pieces now we got to season it some salt black pepper roasted Shri lanan curry powder chili powder and a bit of turmeric I’m also adding a little bit of coconut vinegar use your hands pan on medium heat coconut oil let that heat up mustard let it pop whole spices onions it’s going to cook until it turns color ginger and garlic cry leaves Panda little bit of salt green chili and lemongrass in goes the marinated beef now this is a very crucial step we got to make sure that the spices get toasted with the oil after about 5 minutes we’re adding some toring and a bit of water now you can see the oils have started to separate coconut milk and done

A Sri Lankan restaurant opened up in our small country town, and at first I was hesitant to try the food because im not a fan of Indian curries and worried they'd be the same, but oh my goodness…I tried the Sri Lankan beef curry and my mind was blown at how amazing it was, I went back for lunch everyday for about 1 month straight, it is so devine. Been looking for that recipe but I think this is the closest I'll get.❤
