  2. This recipe took me several months to nail down. In my final attempt, I was afraid it would turn out bitter and not sweet enough, but it was actually really, really good and had an almost fudgy consistency, not dry at all.

    This might actually be the most chocolaty recipe in terms of percentage of non-fat chocolate solids that exists for a chocolate ice cream or gelato recipe.
