Ive reached about 7 ft at top of the canopy. Harvesting pounds of peppers weekly. Fermenting and making hot sauces for friends and family while I can keep up.

    How many varieties are in that plot? My bonnet and ghost are both around 7’ max right now.

    Also are you fermenting in super large jars or buckets? The small jars just don’t have enough capacity for me right now
