okay so HEAR ME OUT. before I go on, NO this is not peanut butter, and YES I know this probably doesn’t even taste like peanut butter.
so I was experimenting with oat fibre, and I mixed in a bit of stevia (you can use any 0 cal sweetener) and gradually just kept adding sf syrup until it formed the PB consistency. I realized the texture was EXACTLY like PB and while it’s up to you if you think it taste like PB or not, I found that it satisfied my PB craving AND bonus, incredibly low cal. has anybody tried this ??? and please let me know if y’all want a more detailed “recipe” on my abomination 😭
