20 tomatillos is about 1 kg
¼ of an onion
2 cloves of garlic, smashed
4 sprigs of coriander
A tablespoon and a half of Knorr Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon
Salt to taste approximately 2 tablespoons
A serrano pepper
A morita chili
7 arbol chiles
Chiltepin peppers to taste I used 20 chiltepin peppers
Two tablespoons of cooking oil
