Goldburger’s tribute to Langer’s 19

Goldburger was advertising their tribute to the Langer’s 19 (made with RC Provisions pastrami – same source, but Langer’s is specially prepared for them) and since Goldburger is walking distance for me I decided to go over and try it.

1. It’s not quite the Langer’s 19, no rye bread, toasted, and much much smaller.

2. The pastrami is good but the steaming of the Langer’s meat makes a huge difference.

3. The sandwich is much cheaper ($14) than Langer’s but i think next time im going back to the LA burger – which is pastrami on top of the Goldburger.

Verdict: good sandwich, but I probably will not repeat since Goldburger is my favorite (and closest) burger spot to me.
