Didn't picture snacks but included them from MFP. Took a break for 6 months and now back to counting/losing. Currently doing 18:6 so my BLT has been a staple for midway food between lunch and dinner to minimize the food noise I'm still trying to navigate around.

Probably should mention the tuna pasta recipe is for the full thing but I split it in two.
