My local Sam's Club sporadically has Pichana. I was able to get a 10lb cryo pack that had two large steaks in it and cut one up into "individual" sized hunks then vacuum sealed and froze the other.

lol….. this is not picanha, no matter what they tell you. Real picanha has a thick layer of fat. I do not care if it is the same cut trimmed. It is not picanha. Any Brazilian would faint if they see this.
