Had this build yourself bowl at the airport (it wasn’t too nice, somehow the tofu was very salty), can someone help me with the calories:

  • base was half quinoa, half lettuce
  • toppings were: tofu (seemed like smoked and very salty, definetly not fried), feta cheese, carrots that seemed fermented, cucumber, kimchi and aubergine/eggplant
    none of the ingredients seemed fried or done in oil
  • I got the bowl without sauce/dressing

I would have estimated 250 for the base and 300 for the toppings (given that I didn’t eat all of the feta), but maybe that’s too low? Protein wise, do you think 20g is accurate?
