Breakfast sausage dipped in maple syrup

Started off as an accident at the diner – maple syrup from pancakes got on the breakfast sausage. I tried it and didn’t think anything of it.

Then I realized damn this is good.

And now you better believe I am glazing those sausages in maple syrup every time they’re offered somewhere. It is a sweet and salty combo unlike any other.
