   It’s the carrier fault. I have ordered 4 or 5 times on Woot for pods. Never had an issue. Sorry to see that mess.

   Does Woot do their own deliveries? I’ve never seen a Woot truck.

   I’ve ordered Nespresso 17 times from Woot. Never had an issue.

   Agree with everyone here, ordered numerous times from Woot never received a damaged package like that!

   That’s not a Woot issue, it’s a carrier issue. Every Woot delivery I’ve had with Nespresso pods has been fine.
