    Looks delicious if you ask me. I probably would have trimmed the fat cap down a little, but that’s just my opinion.

    Quite a fat cap. Not necessarily a bad thing but it definitely makes its presence felt.
    Looks really good tho, I’d be thrilled if someone offered me this.

    I always see them with the fat cap trimmed in the stores here. How’s the flavor/texture on it compared with picanha?
