I just grew them and was wondering what was going on with the left one and why the skin was splitting on the right one. Thank you.

Usually the skin splitting is a sign of the plant being too wet—overwatering, lots of rain, or a combo of both.

Look like delicious homegrown tomatoes. Eat the split one before it gets moldy

You let it ripen too much before you picked it. There’s a sweet spot between ripe enough and too ripe, and it just takes trial and error to get the feel. They will continue to ripen after you pick them, but more slowly. You can see the skin stretching a bit before it splits usually. I wouldn’t change anything about the water or nutrients, those look great. Just pick them a day or two greener and let them finish on your window sill.
