Just picked this 575 Pro up for free from a lady on Nextdoor app. Couldn't believe it, but saw it right after she posted it and was the first person to jump on it. Brought her a nice bottle of wine as a thank you! Took it home cleaned it really good and already have smoked a pork loin, and some jalapeno poppers with Meat Church Texas Rub
