โ This Eggplant is very similar to what my grandma used to make, and my mom loved it so much. It reminded me of those great days. She used to make it with hot oil, garlic and vinegar, but yours looks even better and more delicious with the tahini sauce, pinenuts, and hot oil with paprika and cumin.
