This was given to my parents as “Sloppy Joes without the tomato.” It’s just bun, seasoned beef, and another bun. That’s it.
This was from a bar btw, so it’s something people would, I would assume, typically be expected to pay for. I didn’t try any, but my parents described it as greasy and a bit mealy.

In Greenville Ohio they serve sandwiches called Maid-Rites which are just seasoned beef but they are amazing. Like, this place is a staple and known well throughout the state/greater area.
