
Hey all! Wanted to share this one:
- Amasar’s Breadfruit Protein Pancake Mix
- ½ banana
- 1 1/4 Cup Almond milk
- A pinch of sea salt
- Mixed everything in blender
Flipped them golden, topped with Greek yogurt + diced bananas + honey!
The breadfruit flour gives them a fluffy texture with a nice earthy note, plus it’s naturally gluten-free and high in fiber. Honestly, I was surprised at how filling they are. Definitely going into my weekend breakfast rotation!
Has anyone else here experimented with breadfruit flour in plant-based cooking? Would love to hear your ideas!

I’ve purchased the fresh bread fruit and roasted it in the oven. I’ve eaten it by itself. It’s tasty like that.
