Hey guys, it’s Jenny and welcome back to my kitchen. Today I want to share with you one of my all-time favorites. These chicken Caesar wraps are so good. They’re so simple to make. Caesar salad has to be like one of my top five favorite foods. And these wraps make the perfect lunch or simple and quick and easy dinner recipe. And I think you are going to love them just as much as I do. So, let me show you how to make them. We’re going to start with 1 and 1/2 cups of cooked chicken. So, you can use any kind of chicken, leftover diced chicken, a rotisserie chicken, shredded up, but we’re going to use about 1 and 1/2 cups and add that to a large mixing bowl. Next up, we’re going to be using our romaine lettuce. So, I’m going to give this a quick wash. And then I’m just going to chop up about three cups and then add that in with our chicken. Next, we’re adding a half a cup of Caesar salad dressing. You can use your favorite dressing that you usually get at the store. My personal favorite is Ken’s creamy Caesar salad dressing. I have this in my kitchen at all times. It is the best. Next, we’re just going to season with some salt and pepper to taste. Now, we’re going to add in a half a cup of shredded Parmesan cheese. Now, that’s my suggestion, but you can always add more cheese. We always measure cheese with our heart. I’m never going to judge if you want to add more. Last, I’m going to put in some croutons. I’m going to do a half a cup of croutons, but I like to crush these up before I add them in. So, I’m just going to place them in a baggie. I’m going to hit them with a spoon until they’re crushed up, and then I’ll pour them in. And then now we can give our salad a toss. We’re going to toss all of our ingredients together. And once our lettuce is coated in the dressing and all of these ingredients are mixed up, then we’re ready to add this to our flour tortillas and wrap them up for our burritos. So, I’m going to use four flour tortillas. I add about 1 and 1/4 cup of the salad mix to each burrito. Now, here are my tips on folding up your wrap. We’re going to scoop in the ingredients and we’re going to make sure that they’re arranged right in the center of the tortilla. Then we’re going to fold up the left and the right side of our wrap. We’re going to fold up the bottom into the middle. Kind of push back that lettuce. Tuck it right in. Now you can roll it until everything is sealed. We’re going to continue this with all four of our tortillas. Placing in our salad, rolling them up, and I like to slice them in half when I’m ready to serve. A few more tips on how to make the best Caesar wrap. Like I said, you could use leftover chicken. The perfect way to go is leftover grilled chicken if you happen to have it. You could also use a rotisserie chicken. I have a recipe on my blog for allpurpose chicken if you wanted to use something like that and make it ahead of time. You could keep these in the fridge for about 2 days, but they’re going to taste best fresh since your lettuce could get soggy. So, I would suggest making them the day you want to eat them. Our chicken Caesar wraps are done. I told you guys this was easy. These are so simple to make. They taste so good. I think you’re going to love them. 1. I just found you! I can't believe you don't have more followers, you're a good cook and do a great job explaining what you are doing. The "measure cheese with your heart" is a really great quote and a good rule to cook by.
