It's snapper season by me and the fish markets will have these whole yellowtail and red snappers for the next few months. Usually I get red if they have small ones but today the small ones were yellowtail.

I had one serving of homemade pesto in the freezer. Rubbed it in the slits and in the middle, and stuffed it with garlic, lemon, green onions and yellow onion slices. Fell apart a little at the end but I got it from the grill to the tray without losing any!

10/10, would recommend

    I usually put the fish in foil. Put some cooked okra and onion, and a tab of butter. Put on the grill for a while until done.
