This was my first time making home made pesto sauce. Never had pesto pasta before either. For a first time, both turned out pretty good. Although pesto sauce can be much better! I use a grinder and perhaps that’s made it very pasty.

What ingredients did you use?
Hey nice job jumping in with pesto for a first attempt. Did you use any pasta water in your sauce? If not, definitely try it next time. Not too much, just a little splash while mixing the noodles and sauce together. Like maybe a tablespoon at first then add more depending on the consistency.
