Hi everyone, my name is Julia. Thanks
for stopping by my channel. Two eggs, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper. Mix well.
I’m just using a whisk. Today we’re making a super tasty dish
using simple everyday ingredients. 0.88 lb ground chicken. Add the egg mixture to
the ground chicken. Two cloves of garlic. Friends, let’s get to know each other
better. Which country, state, or city are you watching my videos from? Please
write it in the comments. Great one, Onion. I love looking at pictures of your
city. Thanks to your comments, I’ve discovered so many beautiful new places. The onion isn’t just for flavor. It adds a hint of sweetness, keeps the meat
juicy, and makes every bite extra tender. I’m chopping up some fresh parsley, nice and fine. It’s going to bring a pop of
color and a fresh kick of flavor to the dish. [Music] I’m adding two tablespoons of bread
crumbs to help bind everything together and give the meat a nice texture.
A little salt, a little pepper. Season it to your taste because
everyone’s got their own perfect balance. Give it a really good mix until everything
comes together into one smooth even mixture. Now I am rolling the meat into
little balls and setting them on a baking sheet. Follow along with me.
You’ve got this. They’ll turn out great. I just love this part. Shaping each piece
by hand. There’s something so relaxing about it and it makes me feel even more
connected to the food I’m making. For our mashed potatoes, we’ll
need four to five potatoes. Once everything’s chopped, we’ll pop it into
the pot and boil until it’s perfectly tender. While the potatoes are cooking, we’re
going to finally chop one onion. Now we’re getting started on the filling
that’s going right inside our meat mixture. Heat up the skillet and add some oil. Let’s start by sautéing the onion. Crush three cloves of garlic
and chop them up nice and small. Add it in with the onion
and let them cook together. Great. One carrot. I’m adding it in because it
brings a touch of sweetness and a pop of color, making the filling not only
tastier but prettier, too. And we’ll chop up half a red bell
pepper. It’s going to add a fresh crunch, a bit of sweetness, and even
more vibrant color to our filling. Moving right along, let’s grate 2 oz of
mozzarella. This is going to be our final layer, adding that perfect
melty finish to the dish. Chop the parsley nice and fine. 2 tablespoon of Greek yogurt. Give it all a good mix so
everything’s nicely combined. Now, in each of our meatballs, make
a little indentation. This way, we’ve got the perfect spot to tuck in our filling. You can make them as deep or as
shallow as you like. It’s your kitchen, so have fun with it. How
do you usually shape yours? Gently work it through, spreading the
filling all across the meat mixture. Now add our final layer, the cheese. As it melts, it’s going to seal everything in and
hold our shape together perfectly. Now we’re popping our meat baskets
into the oven for 40 minutes at 356° F. While we’ve got some time, let’s
make a fresh summer salad. Slice up three cucumbers. I love using
fresh cucumbers. They’re crisp, hydrating, and bring that perfect
cool bite to any summer salad. Slice two tomatoes. These are
actually from my own little mini farm, so they’re as fresh and flavorful as it gets. We’ll also need half a red bell pepper. And finally, cut up about 3 oz of feta
cheese. It’s going to add a creamy, tangy kick that really brings
the whole salad together. Add a little salt and pepper. Give it a
good toss. And our salad is ready to serve. Transfer the cooked potatoes into a mixing bowl. Add a bit of butter and mash it
all up until smooth and fluffy. Wow, would you look at these beauties?
They came out absolutely perfect, golden, juicy, and just begging to be tasted. Let’s plate up our meat basket. Add a scoop of our mashed potatoes, a serving of our salad, and just like
that, our fantastic dinner is ready. Just look at this plate. It’s pure
comfort and flavor in every bite. The meat basket is juicy and packed
with that delicious filling. The mashed potatoes are creamy and smooth, and
the salad is fresh and vibrant. Honestly, this is the kind of meal that makes you
smile before you even take the first bite. Dear friends, thank you so much for watching. Please consider subscribing and giving us
a like. It really helps our channel grow. Now, let’s cut into it. Oh, look at that.
The cheese is all melted and gooey. The filling is packed with color and flavor.
And the meat is perfectly juicy. This is the kind of reveal that makes all the
work in the kitchen totally worth it. Right now, you’ll see some
of our recommended videos on your screen. Click on them and you won’t be
