튀르키예(터키)에서 그냥 지나치기 힘들다는 터키 길거리 국민 간식, 미디예 돌마(Midye Dolma)!!
홍합 안에 향신료 밥을 넣고, 레몬을 뿌려 한입에 먹는 음식이에요.
한번 맛보면 멈출 수 없다는 그 맛을 저의 스타일로 만들어 봤습니다.

홍합 1kg
불린 쌀 1컵
양파 1/4 개
청양고추 1개
다진 마늘 1/2 Ts
올리브유 7~8 Ts
물 1컵
파프리카 가루 1/3 Ts (고춧가루 대체 가능)
굴소스 1/2 Ts
계피 가루 1/4 ts
큐민 약간(생략 가능)
후추 약간
Remove the beard and any debris from the mussels. Wash thoroughly 1/4 onion.Finely chop .Finely chop Finely chop 1 green chili pepper. Pour about 7-8 tablespoons of olive oil into a pan. Add the onion and stir-fry lightly. 1/2 Ts of minced garlic, 1 cup of soaked rice, stir-fry so that it does not stick. Green chili pepper, 1 cup of water, 1/3 Ts of paprika powder, 1/2 Ts of oyster sauce, 1/4 ts of cinnamon powder, a little cumin (optional), little pepper. Stir -fry well so that the seasoning is absorbed. Spread it on a plate and let it cool for a while. Cut the mussels in half. There is a part that gets caught when you insert the knife. If you insert it all the way, it will open easily. Cut off any beard that is left inside. Put rice on one side of the mussels . Place them in a steamer layer by layer. Steam them over medium heat for about 20 minutes. They are delicious. It tastes even better if you sprinkle lemon juice on them. Thank you for watching.
