  1. I regularly make this dish. It is indeed a tasty combination. But since matcha tea is a strong bitter flavor, I double the mascarpone filling and sift together the tea powder with confectionery sugar for the topping. I also make my own vanilla sponge because those ladyfingers are not appealing to me.
