Tea for tabul salad. Episode 20 of A Toz salad challenge. I’m using couscous to make this tabul. Soak it in hot water for 10 minutes. After that, fluff it using a fork. It will be fluffy and non-sticky. Now for the salad dressing, take extra virgin olive oil, lime juice, garlic, salt, pepper, zatar, mint. Add couscous, finely chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, parsley, olives. Toss it all together nicely. And you can store it in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days. And oh my god, it is just so good.
