    Perhaps a German heifer but definitely raised Tex-Mex with them chargrilled chilies.

    Wonderful looking presentation. Steak is cooked beautifully with nicely charred chilies and garlic candy.

    This is a Porter House, and not a T-bone. This is a better cut of steak than a T-bone, as you get a full steak on both sides. A T-bone is just a bone in strip loin, from the side where the tenderloin doesn’t quite reach.
