Ok it melts ridiculously fast this was literally less than 60 seconds after I bought it an ate the entire top half lol. What flavor do you recommend?? It was all in Italian so I just picked what I knew to be caramel. It was delicious and gone in 2 minutes.

I wouldn’t base your full opinion on gelato on one location.
If you find a Gelato shop where the containers are piled over with fancy looking Gelato with swirls and decorations, that’s not the good stuff. It’s a tourist trap.
The best Gelato is scooped from closed, cylinders.

Gelato is made with milk whereas ice cream is made of cream. So it’s normal that it melts quickly and is less creamy. Still good though
